Julia and Kenyon began dating on May 1st, 2020. Julia's mother, Kim Hubbard, introduced the pair. Kenyon and Julia's Parents, Kim and Dan, both lived in the same condo building in Denver. Kim worked as a fix and flip loan officer, and Kenyon is a real estate agent, and wanted to start investing in fix and flips. Kim and Kenyon met to discuss business in March of 2020, and immediately after meeting Kim told Julia that she needed to meet Kenyon.

During this time, Julia was a student at Boston University and had just been sent home from school due to COVID. Upon her arrival back in Colorado, Julia and Kenyon began to connect.

Having met in the height of the pandemic, first date nights included building forts and making chocolate covered strawberries, game nights at home, and dressing up for themed dinners with Julia's family. Even without being able to go to restaurants together, concerts, or activities, the two made the most out of their time together.

The next years were spent long-distance while Julia was finishing school. And they were able to take the time to travel across the country together. Frequenting Kenyon's family in Santa Fe, New Mexico, trips to Boston and New York, Vermont and the Cayman Islands.

Post Julia's graduation from Boston University in 2022, the pair got their first dog together- a long-haired miniature dachshund named Magnolia. And shortly after they moved to Santa Monica, California.

The couple got engaged on May 25th, 2024 in Napa, California at a gorgeous vineyard at their hotel. The couple is so excited to be celebrating their wedding in the place where the journey started!
