You must take a shuttle to and from the wedding venue, shuttles will be provided. Shuttle pickup at the Andaz at 3PM. Please make sure you are on the Willetts/Otero shuttle.

The easiest way to get to Napa is to fly into San Francisco, Sacramento or into Oakland.

You could either rent a car and drive approximately hour and a half to Napa. Or you could Uber from San Francisco, Sacramento or Oakland to Napa (one way around $150 depending on the day).

Traffic can be a bit lighter going through Oakland vs SF.

If coming from LA area, you could drive to Napa in about 6 hours.

Transportation from Downtown Napa to Beaulieu Gardens for ceremony and reception will be provided.

Shuttle pick up is at the Andaz at 3:00. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE OTERO/WILLETTS BUS.

Please note: all guests must get to and form venue from shuttles. No Ubers or driving yourself to the venue.

Post reception at Beaulieu Gardens there will be shuttles taking guests to after party at The Fink and to hotel drop off locations at the Andaz.

Guests are encouraged to stay in the Downtown Napa area, to be close to transportation and after party.
