Our Wedding

Julia and Kenyon began dating on May 1st, 2020. Julia's mother, Kim Hubbard, introduced the pair. Kenyon and Julia's Parents, Kim and Dan, both lived in the same condo building in Denver. Kim worked as a fix and flip loan officer, and Kenyon is a real estate agent, and wanted to start investing in fix and flips. Kim and Kenyon met to discuss business in March of 2020, and immediately after meeting Kim told Julia that she needed to meet Kenyon. During this time, Julia was a student at Boston University and had just been sent home from school due to COVID. Upon her arrival back in Colorado, Julia and Kenyon began to connect. Having met in the height of the pandemic, first date nights included building forts and making chocolate covered strawberries, game nights at home, and dressing up for themed dinners with Julia's family. Even without being able to go to restaurants together, concerts, or activities, the two made the most out of their time together. The next years were spent long-distance while Julia was finishing school. And they were able to take the time to travel across the country together. Frequenting Kenyon's family in Santa Fe, New Mexico, trips to Boston and New York, Vermont and the Cayman Islands. Post Julia's graduation from Boston University in 2022, the pair got their first dog together- a long-haired miniature dachshund named Magnolia. And shortly after they moved to Santa Monica, California. The couple got engaged on May 25th, 2024 in Napa, California at a gorgeous vineyard at their hotel. The couple is so excited to be celebrating their wedding in the place where the journey started!

Please note: 

You must take a shuttle to and from the wedding venue, shuttles will be provided. Shuttle pickup at the Andaz at 3PM. Please make sure you are on the Willetts/Otero shuttle.

Getting to Napa

The easiest way to get to Napa is to fly into San Francisco, Sacramento or into Oakland. You could either rent a car and drive approximately hour and a half to Napa. Or you could Uber from San Francisco, Sacramento or Oakland to Napa (one way around $150 depending on the day). Traffic can be a bit lighter going through Oakland vs SF. If coming from LA area, you could drive to Napa in about 6 hours.

Transportation to Wedding

Transportation from Downtown Napa to Beaulieu Gardens for ceremony and reception will be provided. Shuttle pick up is at the Andaz at 3:00. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE OTERO/WILLETTS BUS. Please note: all guests must get to and form venue from shuttles. No Ubers or driving yourself to the venue. Post reception at Beaulieu Gardens there will be shuttles taking guests to after party at The Fink and to hotel drop off locations at the Andaz. Guests are encouraged to stay in the Downtown Napa area, to be close to transportation and after party.

Welcome Party Attire

Welcome party attire is summer cocktail. Women are asked to wear summer dresses, skirts, blouses. Men are asked to wear polos or button ups and slacks, khakis or nice jeans.

Wedding Day Attire

Wedding attire is Black Tie Optional. Ladies are asked to wear floor length gowns, preferably in darker colors (black, navy, maroon, sage green, etc). Gentleman are asked to wear tuxedos or suits. Please see attached mood boards.
